The POEA renews the recruitment licenses of all employment agencies in the Philippines. It is a major requirement by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration for any or all agencies therein to have their licenses renewed on a basis depending of how many years they pay the POEA for that same license to recruit workers bound to work abroad.
