I didn’t know about it until I read in a forum that there are actually agencies who recruit workers bound for Dubai especially nurses even if they are underboard. These underboard nurses were either those who did not pass the board exams or those who have not yet taken it.
Although I am not sure about the specific agency that allow employing underborad nurses to Dubai who have not passed the NLE or nursing licensure examination, I’d like to put a more comprehensive research on this matter to be able to provide a definite answer to some workers who might be interested to work and be given the chance even at their current professional state as a nurse.
