Job Description:

The position of executive secretary requires that you have to have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and with good command in English language. A 2-year experience would be enough as an executive secretary to qualify and must be ready to travel anytime when needed. Good experience and knowledge in travel do’s and don’t as well as bookings is a plus factor and you must be a graduate.

Main Duties:

• assist on every need of the executive manager and prepare every known duty of a secretary in a higher level of professionalism.
