Read right on the front of the label on the packing, the manufacturer of bedding will tell you the tread count of the sheets. Tread count refers to the number of threads per square inch in both directions in the weave. The higher the thread count, the more luxurious the feel of a fabric. But thing to remember here, as a higher thread count usually means that the individual threads are thinner and may not wear as well. For good wear and to get the softest feel, we would suggest you to choose a thread count above two hundred and fifty but no lower than one hundred and seventy five. For those bed sheets you will sleep on every day, treat yourself. Choose the best you can according to your affordability.
With the sheets fitting nicely, you might want a nice comforter on top. A regular comforter, bedspread or blanket will come off easily. They make a comforter for bunk beds called a bunk bed cap. It is also known as a bunkie, hugger or snuggler. The bottom is fitted so it stays in place during the night and makes up nicely during the day. These special comforters are not just for bunk beds. They work well on twin or full beds, trundle beds or any bed with a footboard.
Today Croscill offers nearly a hundred different bedding ensembles. Each Croscill ensemble includes matching comforter sets, sheet sets, shams, throw pillows, window treatments, and table covers. Some sets even offer coordinating wallpaper borders and bath accessories.
You might buy a pair of pillowcases in different styles and see which you like best, how they feel to sleep on, how they wash. Then decide if you want a whole set. Be sure whether the fitted sheet is deep enough for your mattress, or that you haven't found a California King sheet set and your bed is an Eastern King. Remember that many sheets will shrink as much as seven percent in the first washing.Bedding Collection ' Enhancing The Beauty Of Your Bedroom!
