We all know that any work in Dubai in the middle of the economic crisis might be a little risky to take for now. The case worsened a little bit when a local online news distribution from the Philippines, particularly in Davao released an article that states that expats were leaving Dubai to escape debt.

This debt is allegedly according to the reports were generated by the costly lifestyle and living standards of expats who are receiving salaries with zero tax at all. Knowing this is the case, these expats, according to some reports have credit cards left and right which they use in living the luxurious lives they have without fear of not being able to pay for them.

Since they all work in Dubai under totally tax-free salaries, the expats, upon learning that some of them might even loose their jobs reacted in advance. What the reports say is that cars have been left around in the Dubai airport, some of them were even left with the keys inside and with a note in the windshield saying sorry for not being ablt to pay their dues in credit cards. Some were even luxury cars while others were even left with engines running maybe to avoid detection of escape.
